Millwood Business District incorporates as "Millwood Community Association"

The next step in the journey to re-energizing the Millwood Business District has been taken with with the formation of the Millwood Community Association, a non-profit corporation operating exclusively to improve the quality of life of city of Millwood residents and surrounding community.  Shirene Young said that we are officially incorporated through Washington State with a federal tax ID number, bank account and business license application submitted. The next step is moving forward with an IRS application for non-profit status.
